COVID Vaccine Reports
If you have reported a COVID vaccine Adverse Event, this report will be transferred into the COVID-CARM reporting system managed by the COVID Vaccine Immunisation Programme.
This is to ensure that all COVID vaccine Adverse Events are captured into one COVID vaccine Adverse Event database.
Due to the volume of reports being received for COVID vaccine Adverse Events, it is not possible for CARM to provide responses to reports of COVID Vaccine Adverse Events.
The report will be captured by CARM into the Ministry COVID-CARM database. For some reports, follow-up maybe initiated to gain further clarification on events reported.
